  1. By downloading, accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations.   2. All recordings are copyrighted intellectual property. They are for your personal use only, to listen to. That means the Vedanta Sempiternal offers them to you, the individual person and your children, so long as they are used for your personal listening only. You may not post these audio files on any other site, personal or public, including all Social Media or any other Internet site or media format without Vedanta Sempiternal’s consent. You may not use these sounds as background for your own audio creations. If you do this you are in violation of the law and, in Vedanta Sempiternal’s belief, basic ethics and common decency.
  3. Some aspects of your Learning Journey may be shared by the trainer in professional supervision sessions with a training supervisor for professional development purposes only. Where possible and practical, the student shall not be identified.

  1. The audio files on this website are for the sole purposes of selfsupport and meditation. Vedanta Sempiternal makes no medical or psychological claims in regard to these audio files. If you or your children are suffering from a medical or psychological condition, seek professional help. You, the adult listener, accept full responsibility and accountability for any and all life-changes that may occur as a result of interacting with this type of transformational and soothing meditation material. If you transfer these audio files to a personal listening device, do not listen to them in situations requiring alertness such as driving a car or operating machinery.

  2. I understand that I am not entitled to reproduce any content on the site for sale, distribution or commercial gain. No part of this site may be incorporated in any other work, publication or site in any form/format whatsoever. I shall also not be entitled to modify and/or reuse any of the contents on this site for any purpose whatsoever.
  3. I understand that the information and contents on this site are for general purposes only and may not be relied upon for any specific purpose. Vedanta Sempiternal makes no representation or warranty as regards the accuracy or completeness of any information and/or contents contained on this site.
  4. I understand that Vedanta Sempiternal shall not be liable for the content of websites to which visitors of this website are referred. Links to such websites are provided only to complement information provided on this site.
  5. Vedanta Sempiternal respects my privacy. They are committed to safeguarding the privacy of their customers’ personal data. I understand that I can browse this website without supplying Vedanta Sempiternal with any of my personal details.

  • shall not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs (Internet Service Providers) or other suppliers.

Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received on payment gateway as under: –

  1. I understand that once received, the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation can be made. The donation will be used for the social developmental work being initiated by the organization.
  • I understand that any benefits derived from this program depends upon the extent of my participation. I accept full responsibility for the outcome and I willingly agree to follow all instructions and participate fully. I will not disclose the content of this program to anyone. I will not attempt to instruct others in the techniques used in the program until I receive personal training from Vedanta Sempiternal. I acknowledge and agree to voluntarily donate for the program by credit/debit card and net banking.
  • I give permission for any necessary medical care in case of accident or illness. I agree to take full responsibility for the cost of any treatment provided.
  • I give unrestricted rights to use my image, name, voice, and likeness for all non-commercial written, audio and/or visual presentations. I understand that the written, audio and/or video presentations may be used in print, broadcast and online promotions of the Vedanta Sempiternal.

The medical information questionnaire is used for the purpose of health screening to determine if any health condition might be exacerbated by any of the techniques taught by Vedanta Sempiternal. It may also be used in case of a medical emergency, whereupon we may disclose medical information about you to medical personnel directly involved with your care.

  1. Vedanta Sempiternal is committed to teaching simple and effective techniques for eliminating stress and improving health. However, we are not medical professionals or specialists. Therefore, the medical information we collect from you is supplementary to determining how our programs can create the best benefit for you. If you have any health questions and/or preexisting conditions, please consult your physician prior to participating in any program. Further, you agree that Vedanta Sempiternal and their teachers, staff, and volunteers are not liable or responsible for your medical condition(s) and care.

  7. I, Parent/Guardian, give permission to my child named above to attend Vedanta Sempiternal program on the following dates:. My child agrees to abide by the rules and regulations stated by Vedanta Sempiternal. I understand that any infraction may result in dismissal from the program at my expense. I release Vedanta Sempiternal, all organizers, teachers and assistants in this program from all damages whatsoever and waive all right to compensation in case of injury. I declare that my child is physically and mentally able to participate in this program. I agree to receive information from the Vedanta Sempiternal through various media including print and electronic media with a facility to opt out. I understand that Vedanta Sempiternal cannot give me any guarantee for any specific results. Nature & extent of result depends on the degree of participation during the program and regularity of practice following all take-home instructions, after the program.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

  1. I, parent/guardian know and understand that Vedanta Sempiternal program is a proprietary program of Vedanta Sempiternal owns all intellectual property rights in this program as a whole, in the sequence of processes taught to my child as part of the program, and in all materials and practice tools (including MP3s, CDs, explanatory notes or other materials) that are provided to the child during or after the program. I, as parent of the named participating child, and observer of the program and of the processes that are a part of it, hereby undertake and promise to keep everything that I see or learn from or about the content of the program as a secret and not disclose, describe or explain all or any part of it to any third person or party. I will also encourage my child to keep the processes and techniques learnt by him/her during the program as a secret and use it only for his/her own personal development. I understand that this secrecy is important to maintain the authenticity, quality and depth of the sacred knowledge disclosed to my child. Accordingly, I wholeheartedly support this endeavour and solemnly undertake and promise to do everything in my power to respect and preserve the secrecy of the sacred knowledge and processes disclosed to my child during this program, and also to take all necessary steps to ensure that the materials (CDs, MP3s, handouts etc.) received by him/her for home practice are used only by him/her and not disclosed to any third parties. I further understand that in order to teach this program or any of the processes that form part of the program, one needs to undergo specialised training. Inaccurately delivered instructions will not lead to any benefit and will be entirely ineffective for the receiver of the instructions. I will, therefore, encourage my child to keep the processes learnt by him/her during the program, as well as any/all materials received for home practice, as a secret and not teach or share the whole or any part of it to/with any other child or person. Once I have registered my child for a program or event, I understand that contributions are not refundable and registrations are nontransferable
  2. I hereby acknowledge that I have read, I understand & agree to these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

  1. The entity “Anantam” is a registered Partnership firm in India. In an event, you opt to initiate a payment for the purchase of any publication, registration for an event, or enrollment in an online course offered by Vedanta Sempiternal, you will be redirected to a third-party payment gateway, such as Zoom, Razorpay, Payabbhi, CCAvenue, Paypal, HDFC Bank, PayU Payments Private Limited, or SBI Collect, to complete the transaction. Please note that your credit/debit/net-banking and/or any other payment details are not managed by Anantam. Rather, all payment-related processes are facilitated exclusively through third-party entities as mentioned above.
  2. These third-party entities are independent contractors. No provision within the Terms and Conditions should be interpreted to establish an employer-employee relationship, principal-agent dynamic, partnership, joint venture, or any other form of fiduciary association between the said third parties and Anantam. Anantam bears no responsibility for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect pertaining to the transactions of the Service that are managed by these thirdparty entities.
  3. In situations where your activities encounter disruptions due to issues such as faulty internet connections, electronic device malfunctions, slowdowns, or capacity constraints within the payment gateway’s web domain, it is explicitly stated that Anantam holds no liability for any resulting loss, damage, or financial repercussions incurred by you. This includes situations such as incorrect transactions, invalid passwords, nonacceptance of payment methods, or instances of overcharging. By accessing these transactions, you waive the right to any claims or demands, against Anantam, and agree not to pursue damages arising from any such situations.
  4. It is imperative to understand and agree to the following:
    1. Anantam does not take the responsibility of keeping your banking details secure during payment transactions.
    2. It is your obligation to thoroughly review the Terms and Conditions of the respective third-party payment platforms, including but not limited to Zoom, Razorpay, Payabbhi, CCAvenue, Paypal, HDFC Bank, PayU Payments Private Limited, and SBI Collect, prior to facilitating any payment transactions through them.
