- Your consent authorizes Vedanta Sempiternal to contact you using its SMS system, which may include an Automated Telephone Dialing System, for the purposes of sending you text alerts about Introductory Workshops and subsequent Happiness Programs. The number of messages in a given month may vary, but will not exceed the limits set by relevant legislation.
- By granting consent, you understand that you will receive messages from Vedanta Sempiternal even if your number is registered on any State or Federal Do-Not-Call list, and that such messages shall not be in violation of any laws governing such do-not-call lists.
- By providing this consent, you have also represented that you are the owner or customary user of any cell phone number that you have provided to us. You understand the text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your phone and you agree that we are not liable for anyone accessing such messages. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. You agree to notify us immediately if you change your cell phone number.

- You understand that you may continue to enrol for programs, courses, and events without consenting to text alerts from Vedanta Sempiternal. If you have not consented to text alerts, you may receive an automated text message from Vedanta Sempiternal only for the purpose of acknowledging and confirming payments made for tickets or registration for any paid events, programs, or courses. If you receive any additional text messages from your bank regarding transactions for paid events, programs, or courses of Vedanta Sempiternal, you understand that such messages are not initiated by Vedanta Sempiternal and are sent by the bank. As a courtesy, you may receive a message in the event of cancellations and rescheduling of programs, events, and courses.
- Vedanta Sempiternal reserves the right to change these terms or cancel the text alerts at any time. Please check these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for changes. Your continued use and acceptance of text alerts after changes are posted will mean that you accept the terms as modified by the posted changes.
- Please be aware that our account management text message program does not currently provide for two-way communication, other than sending auto-responses if you text STOP or HELP as specified below. Also please be aware that account management text messages that we send may come from different numbers.
- You may opt out at anytime by messaging STOP to 23870. Your Opt out will be only effective as to the mobile number from which you send such request. Upon receiving such request to Opt Out from text alerts, you will receive a confirmation message that your request to stop text alerts has been received. Please allow 24 hours for such request to be effective. Once effective, you will receive a confirmation message that your opt out has been successful. For help, message HELP to 23870.
